PC freezing issue

now im using the front ports going smoother
Are things still going ok using the front USB ports.

Were you using the USB 3.1 ports on the back of the chassis or did you also try the USB 2.0 ports and still get the same problem.

Windows log looks good so not sure why it would not allow you to update the previous Windows 8.1 installation.

Would strongly suggest that you try and get Windows 10 and Defender fully up to date to help keep your machine protected, the Windows updates also have patches to fix glitches in Windows that if not corrected will cause you stability issues.

so i installed windows 10 again, and it still keeps on freezing even when i reset the BIOS (to the point where i even had to set the date again) and after updating the bios to its latest update
i also went and tried to test a dvi-d cable (because i was using hdmi now) and it still froze
even when i tried 3 power sockets in the house it froze in all of them
and yea i pluged in my devices to the front USB ports and the 2.0 and 3.0 in the back same thing happening

really must be something wrong with the motherboard or power supply then

gave it back on warranty again trying to get my money back because no one can fix the issue and they just waste my time with meaingless benchmark tests

i guess im in for a wild ride
I had the same issue with Dell once. Every time the system had it hick up'd I would call since if they do not have any record of it happening would have to start over with them doing the same checks and test I have already completed. I kept a list of ticket number and people I had talked too. They finally sent me a new system and have not had any issues since.

alright just as thought pc keeps hanging again after the gpu change

i got the pc back with a win10 home unactivated installed and started to disable things like windows update, background inteligent transfer, windows defender, superfatch
and it keeps hanging so i try to perform a factory reset to get everything back to normal and the pc hangs durning the black screen spinning circle phase and i have to hard reset

what does that mean now?

you should be getting the PC back in the same state as when you first acquired it.
that is, Windows fully activated and the PC fully functional.

as a consumer with rights, do not accept anything less.... take it back and show them and demand, as you are entitled, either a repair, a refund, or a replacement.
