during games or when getting off games my pc will either freeze, comepletly turn off or the display will go away and theres no sound, but the pc is still on and the only way to fix it is to power it off and back on. i dont know the cause of it and it has been happening for months now.

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

We can see a few issues going on in Speccy but no point in mentioning them until we know how good or bad the quality of the PSU is.

You need to take off the side of the case and get the info from a label on the PSU like as can be seen in the attachment below, as veeg says, it sounds like something is overheating and possibly the insides of the PSU, something that you would not get from a good quality brand, adequate spec and fully functional PSU.

So this only happens when gaming?
Is it a certain game or all games?
Does it occur when you start the pc first time in the day, run a game for 5 minutes then get out of it?
In other words, before the pc heats up too much, that’ll pinpoint (or not) if it’s likely an overheating issue.
