PC Freeze, help pls.

Im usinga windows 7 operating system, i updated to 10,8 and the problem i still accuring, i haved this problem for like 4 years now with this pc, but sometimes it freezed a lot and sometimes not that often. I think its the power supply but if you have knowledge about this please help! I have these readings from speedfan they might help

Sorry but with the best will in the world no one can help you when we know nothing at all about your computer.

If the computer is a desktop can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Hi thanks for the quick response in not good in pcs but i'll try my best here is what you asked for i hope :

and my PSU is a Logic Concept 505P 500W (ZAS-LOGI-LC-505P-ATX-PFC)
and my pc isint a pc from a shop my friend built it for me.
i've had this pc for a long time and i had win 7 with updates and it still froze so the updates dont make any diff.
Sorry again for wasting time !
