I have been asking for help everywhere but can't seem to get answers. I am begging for help lol.

When I turn on the psu I get a flash of light from the rgb thing on the mobo for a split second and then nothing. I then turn on the pc by pressing power button/shorting the leads and then all the fans turn on. They turn onto what seems like max power. The rgb on my gpu lights up but no lights on the mobo turn on. There is no display output. After that, nothing changes. No beeps, no mobo leds, nothing to tell me whats happening. I have spent over 12 hours in the past 2 days on this. I've moved wires, switched wires, tried a different psu, moved the ram, repeated the cpu 3 times, did a qflash, did that again, nothing has changed. I just want my pc. Both the cpu and mobo boxes say they are amd ryzen 3000 desktop ready so this should just work.
PLEASE help me I'm going crazy.
