Yeah I just saw that - sorry
When I look up the specs in Australia it gave me PC3-12800(1600MHZ)

When I translated your link into english it is correct.
The only option I can think of is reset the bios to defaults - but if you have not played with the bios ???
Time to ask for help
@Bruce @phillpower2
there isn’t a lot of options in bios I can send you pics tmrw unfortunately cant rn

maybe I'm missing something, but old memory - all is good, new memory - no boot.
so despite what the RAM frequency says, for some reason your PC just doesn't like the new memory.

with those memory specs being so old, were the new sticks pre-loved or brand new?
have you checked the motherboard's manual or website to see if that new memory on on theor compatibility list?

OK, that's a good start, but what about the QVL, that should list specific makes/models.

but either way, does it matter?, we know the new RAM is not working.
some other sticks will be required until ones that work are found.

that's a pity, but as I said, it does really matter.
we know the 'new' sticks don't work.
the QVL will either not have them listed, proving that point or show them as compatible and you know they aren't.

either way - you are up for trying other sticks until you get lucky.
