Hi guys i built my pc 1 week ago and discovered that i can boost my ram performance using xmp profiles first of all this is my pc (have fun laughing on me its my first one xD):
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x
Motherboard Name Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite AX V2 (1 PCI-E x1, 3 PCI-E x16, 2 M.2, 4 DDR4 DIMM, Audio, Video, 2.5GbE LAN, WiFi)
GPU : AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti ELITE 8G
Ram: vengeance RGB pro white 2x8 cl16 3200mhz
Water cooling : nzxt z63
case : nzxt 510 elite
ssd: 1tb 970 evo samsung

When im putting on xmp profile from bios and play games for 20 min - 1 hour my pc is always crashing another thing that i noticed is that i cant plug an external storage from wd company 1 tb to the computer because its crashing it too
when im not using the xmp profile i can plug anything i want i really dont know what im doing wrong + i am a newbie in all that things so i will be glad for help
Thanks for your attention :)

Antec haven't made a decent PSU for years, what is the age and model name or number of the unit that you have.
Hi there thanks for replying :) you are the only one xD i have the

ANTEC PSU 750W EARTHWATTS GOLD PRO White

i think that the problem probably it crashes my pc even if i connect a simple 1tb hard drive...
any recommendations for replacement ? Thanks again for replying

That is one of the good PSUs so less likely to be an issue.

When im putting on xmp profile from bios and play games for 20 min - 1 hour my pc is always crashing

So we know exactly what we are dealing with can you tell us what actually happens, any BSOD for example, see my canned info below for as to why this is important; you are welcome btw :)

Software such as Windows can crash and when it does crash you get a BSOD and when enabled a crash dmp is generated, programs or games when they crash can on occasion close to the desktop but the computer will still be 100% functional.

Hardware failure such as a weak power supply and/or overheating are not software related and when a computer for example suddenly turns off or freezes etc the behaviour should be described as the "computer shut down unexpectedly" or froze and not as having crashed as the latter implies a software issue as opposed to an obvious hardware issue when described properly.

Having the correct info means that helpers will not be looking for a software issue when the problem is clearly hardware related.
