PC Crashes to Solid Color Screen With Buzzing Audio Noise

Update (sorry for double posting again, but it wouldn't let me edit the previous one):

I linked up with my friend this evening and put my GPU in his system, ran Rainbow Six Siege, Fortnite, and GTA V and no crash happened. I put my GPU back in my system and tried starting up my PC (just incase re-setting it somehow fixed the issue) and the usual crash happened. Long story short, it worked in his system, but not mine.

His PSU is the same as mine (EVGA 450W Bronze). He also pointed to the possibility that I might have a faulty power supply because he has never had issues and said it can be pretty common with power supplies. Also, I clarified the 1080Ti confusion: he just got it and hasn't installed it yet which is why he is still using the 450W.
