PC Crashes to black screen with sound freeze

Hi, I'm having serious issues with my PC.

Whenever I launch any game, it crashes the whole PC in no more than 5 mins. Black screen and loud sound freeze. And even without touching it, after a random amount of time, it occasionally just crashes on idel and restarts.

I reinstalled windows, some games, drivers, basically wiped all functional components and reinstalled everything. Still happened.
I set it so it doesn't automaticvally restart, so i have to shut it down manually. Minidump is empty, so I'm sure the issue is hardware related.

Temps are OK, the system performs good in benchmarks (furmark and 3D Mark).
I took off ram and gpu, cleaned contacts, put everything back together.
I ran memtest, all ok (happens both with or without DOCP).
I tried changing audio dirvers, power plan, updating BIOS and just everything I could find on formums.

What I can't understand is why it performs good in benchmarks and even stress tests, yet it crashes on games like Batman Arkham series or DBZ Kakarot, which ran absolutely fine before.

What should I worry about? PSU? Motherboard?

Core components:
CPU: Ryzen 9 3900X
GPU: Rog Strix 2080Ti
RAM: 32GB 3600MHz Trident-Z NEO
Mobo: Rog strix x570-e gaming
PSU: Corsair RMX 850 80+ gold modular

Hello

What are the names of these games?

Also download and run and then post..
So far I tested Sonic Forces, all the Batman Arkham games, and DBZ Kakarot. I was able to play Dolphin and run benchmarks without issues though.

Also the tool keeps saying "waiting for systeminfo"

some quick straw clutches....
reboot the PC into Safe Mode - how does it go then?
create a new user account and login under that profile - any improvement?

next I would remove all the components from the case, set it all up on a piece of cardboard on a table or floor and reassemble the core components only - so no GPU, only one RAM stick, only the boot drive, no CD unit, that sort of thing.

then wipe the drive, and from a bootable USB stick with the latest Win10 image, reload a fresh version of the OS.
get it running with only Windows until you are happy it is still not crashing.

then.... introduce a driver or two, run it for hours again until happy, then install a program or two (Office, Adobe Reader, VLC, 7Zip, etc), and again, run it as that until you are confident.

then put in all RAMs, try again.

you get the picture. :)

hopefully that process, while long winded, will not only highlight whether it is hardware or software, but also the actual component or program causing it.

and of course, backup all your files before commencing.
