Hey phill, my PSU hasnt arrived yet, will probably arrive tomorrow or the day after but i have some concerns over my browser right now. In the last hour or so there has been over 160 errors saying that the "Broswer service has failed to start". i have reinstalled chrome multiple times and it keeps saying this.

Another thing is when i woke up today and pressed the power button to turn on my computer, the first screen was a blue screen and i checked the event viewer logs and the error was "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000001a (0x000000000000003f, 0x0000000000081273, 0x000000003f6d2349, 0x00000000d7e7d9fd). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: ef19c7b2-a76a-4626-ab0a-27189edb240e."

What is life

Ok my power supply arrived today and after 2 hours of endless pain, it is now finally installed.

I just briefly tested Black Ops Cold War (High Demanding Game) on it and everything is perfectly fine and the previous noise that was coming out of it, it isnt anymore and its completely and utterly silent.

In terms of event viewer, im still getting around 150 errors an hour every day saying the following messages:

Every single error is the exact same order every time. It is always "A timeout was reached while waiting for the Browser service to connect" followed by "Browser service failed to start"

Like I said previously, I have reinstalled it on multiple occasions, I have changed the "3000 milliseconds" to "60000" milliseconds" but no difference.
The only time something good happened was when I ran CCleaner on it and I didn't have errors for about 30 minutes but then they just came back again.

Here is the speccy after PSU installation:

Good news that the PSU is now fitted and has resolved the issues that we were addressing in your OP.

Regarding anything else, as was advised in my reply #7.

Regarding Event Viewer, you will always get errors, information and warnings in EV and for the most part as long as Windows is running ok the info in EV can be safely ignored, this not the case though when you can see Critical warnings as can be seen in your screenshot which do mean Windows needs attention.

Should you have any future Windows issues that are not BSOD related please only start a thread on the Windows 10 forum and someone will help you there.
