PC built but displays horrible

Hello guys, I have built a PC which is pretty good. I have tried it with my father's TV and looks awesome but when I tried it with my TV it displayed horrible. I can only get good display if I set it to "PC display" on Nvidia Control Panel (which is up to 1360x768) but I am sure my TV is 1920x1080. When I try this resolution or any other HD resolution the display gets blurred and doesn't look fine. I am sure there must be something with the TV display or with the Nvidia settings :/. Here are some pics. The TV is a philips 24pft5303/12 and I have a RTX2060. I tried updating and reinstalling the drivers and every display setting in the menu

The PC resolution is ok but I have very very large black pillars on the sides of the screen :/
