Nothing whatsoever wrong with your GPU performance which leaves either your internet connection or weak PSU as the cause.

Uninstall anything that we have used that you do not wish to keep.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

CPU
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X: 56 °C

The CPU looks hot for a computer that is not under any load, suggest that you check it the next time that you boot up after the PC has been off overnight, it could still be warm from the tests that you have run.

Other than the above the only thing of note is that as has been mentioned Windows is more than a year out of date, everything else looks good.

everything else looks good.

If the temp is higher than 44 °C when you next boot up after the PC being off overnight post back and we will check it, other than that your PC is fine.

It would be nice if you could give me time to reply before you post again, you are but one person that I am volunteering my time to :(
