I need help with my year old pc. One day it just turned off while I was browsing the net. I decided to let it rest overnight. Afterwards, the pc kept restarting after the motherboard logo pops in.

Mobo: Aorus b450M
CPU: Ryzen 3 3300x
Gpu: Radeon RX 5600XT
RAM: 16GB DDR4 Hyperx Fury CL16 (8x2)
PSU: Coolermaster CV550v 80 bronze
Storage: 256 GB windows nvme and 1TB HDD

Because I was planning on slowly upgrading and using old parts as a backup pc, I upgraded the Mobo to a msi B550m mortar and the psu to a seasonic focus 550v 80 gold. The problem persists after changing these 2 components.

I also tried using a windows USB to try reseting my windows 10 OS. But, it just shows the windows logo and restarts. I already reset the cmos many times. Disabled fast boot.

Any Idea what the problem might be?
Thanks a bunch to anyone who can help.

What speed is this RAM.

Did you clean install Windows and the drivers for the new MB or are you trying to boot with the previous Windows and motherboard drivers on the boot drive.

Oh, it's 3200MHz

I attempted to clean the boot drive using USB recovery drive. However the results are the same. The windows logo shows then the PC restarts.

Update:
I have also tried using the memory sticks one by one but no changes happened. Am planning to get a new kit soon to see what happens.

3200MHz RAM with XMP enabled in the BIOS is good.

Clean boot and clean install are two different things, if you want to boot from an ISO on a USB device please see the below;

While the computer is re-starting,you will need to continually tap or hold down the particular key that will allow you to access the BIOS on your computer, we will use the F2 key as an example here;

After restarting the computer, when the screen goes black, press and hold down the F2 key, wait for the BIOS to load.

Select Security -> Secure Boot and then Disabled.

Select Advanced -> System Configuration and then Boot Mode.

Change UEFI Boot to CSM Boot.

Save the changes and Exit the BIOS, commonly F10.

If your computer will not boot into Windows at all, power up or restart the computer continually tap or hold down the key that will allow you to access the BIOS on your computer and then do the following;

Select Security -> Secure Boot and then Disabled.

Select Advanced -> System Configuration and then Boot Mode.

Change UEFI Boot to CSM Boot.

Save the changes and Exit the BIOS, commonly F10
