PC being weird with restarts for updates.

So I just finished building my first PC and while downloading Windows, once it got to the part where it needed to restart it cut off the power to the keyboard and stopped projecting anything onto the monitor. The problem is that instead of doing a normal restart and turning it all back on the PC continued to run but cut off everything else (Keyboard, Monitor, etc.). Also, when it did this I had to hold the power button to turn it off. I couldn't just tap it once. I've tried going through the whole process three times now and same thing every time. I don't believe this is a problem with Windows though because the same thing had happened twice before when I was in the BIOS settings part and made some changes and it needed to restart.
Also, if you need anything to be clarified or need some more info please just ask. I want to be able to get this up and running today so I can finally start playing some games

At the time of posting this thread I had not fully downloaded Windows 10 but yes, that is what I am using. Also, I changed my monitor and it restarted and then Windows downloaded smoothly and I was going through some things and it said I had to restart to update something and now it is doing the same thing again.

Have you tried loading the MBs default/failsafe settings in the BIOS.

Have you tried booting with only one stick of RAM inserted.

Does your screen have either a display or HDMI type connector, this so that the add on video card can be removed and the screen hooked up to one of the MBs graphics ports.

Well, that problem I was having has somehow been fixed. Now a whole new hell has appeared because i keep getting that damned blue screen popping up and forcing a restart. The two error codes its been giving me are DPC_Watchdog_Violation and Driver_IRQL__Not_Less_Or_Equal.

I tried putting them into the new Compressed (zipped) folder and it says "file not found or no read permission"
