I have a

R5 5500

Radeon Rx6600

Gigabyte 450m wifi

528gb SSD

16gb ram

PC was working really well for the first month, all drivers have been up to date, nothing unnecessary installed just essentials. But all of a sudden a couple days ago my connection fps and speed in games and in general has slowed down or gotten worse. I was able to get 200fps in fortnite happily and are now struggling to hit 140. Can anyone help?

  • Click Gather logs.
  • Wait for it to complete.
  • A new text file will be one your desktop named PCHF.txt
  • Attach that, this tool will automatically gather your dump files into a zipped folder on your desktop.
  • Attach that as well.
  • If there are any dump files.

Click the Install Speccy button,

  • Right Click the Speccy icon on your desktop.
  • Run as admin
  • Upon Completion:
  • Hit File
  • Publish Snap Shot

And since we are talking about FPS and speeds, go to www.speedtest.net and show us a snapshot of your speeds.
Any recent changes to your network, like number of users on the PC, number of devices on the network, new hardware, etc?
Also, reboot your modem/router.

On my phone my average download is 72mpbs but on the PC it is 35.5mbps. There's been no new users or changes to the network or hardware.

Once you get around to it, post the requested logs. Help us help you, without any information about what is running on your machine, we are shooting in the dark. 👍
