Only my motherboard is turning on on my new pc I built

I built a pc with a 4060 ti and a z690 motherboard and a i5 cpu
When I turn on my power supply, the light on the motherboard turns on and that is it. I try turning on the power button on the case and nothings happening, the fans not working or anything, I checked all my cables and everything seems to be plugged in

Let me know if there’s anything I should do I spent tons of time on this!

First thing I notice is you have no ram listed above.
Make,model,speed.
Power supply also we need more info.
Could you also include the power supply specs E.g Cooler Master 850W Gold V2 NOT E.g 850w

The pic you show is only the outside of the case
