Online games disconnect with a minute or so of signing on

Hi I've got two computers connected via Ethernet at my apartment and my main PC is having online games disconnect almost instantly once I log in. The second computer can run the games fine with no disconnections at all. I swapped the cords to make sure there was no issue there. Network adapter drivers are current on the PC that is having the games disconnect. I was able to run the same games perfectly when I connected the troubled PC to the internet via my phones bluetooth tethering also

Run the following command on both system and post the results.

Open an Administrator Command Prompt and put in the following command
ipconfig /all >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\ipconfig.txt"

This will create a file called ipconfig.txt

Copy and Paste the information into the next post.
Showing which is which system.

How long has this been going on?

Is the apartment complex all on the same network?

Are you connecting to a router and or modem?

Does this happen when you watch YouTube, Netflix or something like that?

Are you connecting via powerlines?
