Hello everyone,
as the title says one of the fans of my KFA2 GTX 1080 GPU doesn't start. It just does a little "wiggle" and stops for a few seconds, and then "wiggles" again.

Tested a few things in the last two days and it sometimes works by itself until the PC shuts down and the fan comes to a hold.
- It doesn't start on high load, just the 2nd fan goes up really high to keep up with the temperature of the card.
- It doesn't start if I try to manually control it via MSI Afterburner or other software
- I removed it from the case and cleaned it thoroughly
- Tried to spin it with my finger (doesn't feel different to the other fan), so it's not stuck
- Tried to give it a spin while the PC is running
- Replaced the 6+8 Pin connectors from the PSU
Sadly I don't have another system in which I could test the GPU.
The system is about 4 years old.
Are there any other things I could try, or is the fan, the bearing or something else dead?
If so would you recommend to do something unusual and replace the fans (not heat sink) with 2 case fans?
