I purchased some software from a person on Ebay.com. It is Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010.
I installed it, but it never finished successfully. I have been in touch which the supplyer and we have been
trying different things to make it work.
However, we are getting nowhere, so I am asking for help from you. When I look inside the Microsoft Office ,
and see the Office14 which it installed. Then when I open Excel or Word Icon, or one note, it says
"This app can't run on your PC. To find a version for your PC, check with the software Publisher." And some
of the files say "The operating system is not presently configured to run this application."
It is a new Lenovo computer.
