Not sure if DX12, Drivers, or GPU. struggling to fix this myself.

Oh, nah I used it to download a couple of seasons of GoT once and that was it. I uploaded the first bit of HWMonitor too

The same high memory controller voltages are showing in HWMonitor but certain other voltages that we need are missing there as well.

Please restart your computer and check the temperatures/voltages in the BIOS, no screenshot is required just make a note of the temperatures, the DRAM voltage, the +3.3V, +5V and the +12V rails on the PSU and post them with your next reply for us.

NB: BIOS voltage readings.

The readings are not conclusive in the BIOS as the computer is under the least amount of load, if they are higher or lower than what they should be though it most often suggests a PSU problem.
 
Hi sorry, ive been super busy the last couple of days. it still crashes constantly on 7 days to die, and im getting freeze frames in other games like wow classic, but wow retail seems to work ok?

its super inconsistent so its hard to know what is causing it.
 
Can we have a new MTB log, we will most likely see the same as before but you never know.
