I did a start-up test and disk, rec and everything ok but it says remove hard disk 1 or something similar.
The actual message I get after I do the Run-In Test is 'memory test passed and then under Primary hard disk Self Test it says 55% complete but it won't go further because in red it says #10008 - Replace Hard Disk 1rent test item and then smart hard disk passed.

It is a good possibility your HDD is failing.

So, will I have to replace It? What caused it ( as per your experience)? Because the only problem I had was the audio and video not working and as I did the downloads and scans that you (pchelpforum) recommended, new problems appeared up to this point. I can't even get to safe mode as it freezes before I can do it, or any other scan or even try to delete some of the programs. I can't even do a system restore.

This error code refers to that...#10008 - Replace Hard Disk

It would be best for the other members who have been helping you to verify this. This could be the reason why you can't get into safe mode (usually points to a hardware issue) and or do a system restore. What cause it,this could be the age of the HDD and or the quality of the build.

Ok i have gone back and read some of your post. It looks like you have Bit Defender and Windows Defender running. Is this correct? If so please shut down Bit Defender and or un-install for now and then restart your pc. That error code as i just researched can indicate 2 AV's running at the same time.

It would be a good idea to check and see if the HDD is failing.

Download HD Tune and save the file.
Install HD Tune and restart it after installation.
Then go to the tab Error Scan , select the hard drive you want to check and press Start .
The check can be quite time consuming take depends on the size of the hard drive check.
Take a screen shot of the result and save it.
Upload it to IMGUR for us. Post the link here.

Do Not tick the quick scan!!

Ok, after trying many times, unsuccessfully , I decided to do a restore, which I tried before but couldn't do because the laptop froze too soon, before I could go in safe mode (is more difficult in Windows 10 to go into safe mode!), but I found the shortest way to go into safe mode and finally did the restore, and IT WORKED! I feel accomplished! Thanks everyone who helped, and now I only want to know if I need show you any scan to know everything is alright and advice on which anti-virus and cleaning programs to install and keep for regular maintenance? Thanks

As you have Windows 10 I would recommend you use one of the following Av's in place of Windows Defender as your full time protection.

Avast free
Bitdefender free
Qihoo 360 free

Would then suggest you use a second opinion scanner on a as needs basis, something like Zemana Portable which is free.

NEVER install more than one real time protection security as THIS WILL cause problems eventually.

Don't know what browser you use but you should practice safe browsing and never open links unless you know where they lead. You may also like to install WOT (web of trust) that is available for major browsers.

I have followed your advice and everything seems right, but for the original problem that I had from the beginning, which is that videos don't play or play extremely slow and no audio. The only thing I have noticed is that at least one of the Windows update has problems downloading: 2018-2 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1709 for x64 based Systems (KB4074588) and the error code is 0x80073712.
