I just got a new mobo for my pc, got everything plugged in and double checked that I had everything plugged in, and there is no signal.

Things I have done:
•taken out the ram and reinstalled it
•checked cables, everything works on other devices
•tried plugging straight into mobo
•took gpu out and plugged in display cable to mobo
•unplugged all peripherals
•quadruple checked power cords and cables in pc
•took that coin battery out and put it back in

I just want to play games on my new setup. someone please help.

Specs:
ASRock 760GM-HDV
AMD FX-4100
Gigabyte GT 1030 2GI
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
2x4gb Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz
Some random Dell PC 240gb SSD

I'd be checking out the memory compatibility.
the mobo says it only supports up to 1333 natively and only 1600 if the memory controller is over-clocked.
that's what the 1600(O.C) stands for in the motherboard specs.
