Unfortunately I don't have another system to test them in but they were working before this issue started, Yes I have reseated all the cables but still nothing, this is also the 3rd motherboard so they have all been reseated a few times

Too late now but it would have been best if you had post back before putting anything together as it would have been advised that you do a barebones test outside of the case and obtain a BIOS error speaker first, you can and should still do both but can I just remind you that it could be the CPU that is bad :(

I got myself one of those speakers, when starting it up with no sticks of ram it repeatedly beeps, but when starting it up with the ram installed it does a single beep on startup and that's it, I'm assuming this means the ram is okay and the problem is elsewhere, possibly the cpu as you said? Is there anything I should try?

The fact that you get error beeps with the RAM removed suggests that the problem is after the RAM has been tested as part of the power on self test (POST) with the video device being checked next.

when starting it up with the ram installed it does a single beep on startup and that's it,
That would normally suggest a successful boot.

Was this latest testing with an add on video card in the MB.

Do you get any "No Signal" or "Out of Range" message on your screen.

Do you have or can you borrow a notebook type computer to hook up your screens individually for testing purposes.

This was all done with the built in video card, I had just the hdmi plugged in at the time and yes it comes up with a no signal message, I will see if I can have use of a friends pc to test the monitors

This was all done with the built in video card,
There is no built in video card, the integrated graphics comes from the CPU by way of one of the video ports on the MB, if HDMI gives no output then trying the VGA and DVI ports should be done, this also on any video card/s that you can try.

I just tried vga and it worked, so out of interest I tried the hdmi again and that now works also, so I hate to admit but the hdmi must have just been a bit loose , but it all seems to be working at the moment so hopefully it's all sorted, and thank you all so much for all your help!

What I would suggest you do now: install the chipset drivers for the MB, get Windows and your AV protection fully up to date then run the computer for a while to ensure it is stable and only then fit your add on video card.

You are welcome btw :)
