So i have a little problem brand new pc wont show display, checked multiple graphics cards don't work ram i think is not show mouse keyboard lights cpu i dont think so motherboard pins look normal what can it be

Did you build the new pc yourself? Give us your complete pc spec's, including the complete psu spec's.
Gigabyte h3 motherboard lga 1200 intel i3 10th gen 8gb kingston fury beast ddr4 and gygabite p650w psu grapchcs card try fireprov4900 gtx 260 and other cheap ones
 
You need to post the exact model name or number for the following before we can begin to help.

The i3 processor.

The motherboard.

The most modern add on GPU that you first had in the build.

The RAM.

Never a good idea to try such old parts in a new build, it also looks like you are not aware that even if out of the box new some older GPUs would never work because of the newer UEFI BIOS not being able to recognise the older Legacy BIOS.
