Solved No display showing and usb ports not working

Hello! I have a very basic gaming pc. Last night I wanted to upgrade the ram so I got the Corsair Vengeance 2x 8GB 3000MHz for DDR4. Taking out my old ram and placing in the new was easy but now the pc starts up fine, all the lights and fans turn on but I have no display going to my tv from a HDMI and my mouse and keyboard doesn't work either. I tried everything I could think of, I cleaned any dust out with compressed air, checked for any oxidation on the RAM. I even tried putting back in the old ram to see if the new ones were faulty, nothing. I took out the CMOS battery and let it sit for 5 minutes without it. I tried starting it up with one stick of ram and even with no ram, there were no beeps coming from the motherboard. Any suggestions? And no, I don't have a regular monitor to hook up with a VGA cord.

PC Specs:
ASUS Prime A320M-K
AMD Ryzen 5 2400G
Ram was originally 2x 4GB
600W power supply
2TB Seagate storage
Radeon RX Vega 11 graphics

I know my motherboard isn't the best, it's not my favorite and I will want to upgrade it eventually so I won't be upset if I do have to replace it.

Welcome to PCHF candlelitswift,

Your MB does not ship with an onboard speaker as standard so you will not get any error beeps unless you have fitted such a speaker yourself.

Was the replacement RAM out of the wrapper new and do you have a link so we can check the specs.

Have you tried a different HDMI cable.

Do you have or can you borrow a wired PS/2 type keyboard, pulling the CMOS battery may have disabled the USB ports in the BIOS and if no keyboard is detected POST will fail.

Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting the following;

1 x 24-pin EATX Power connector
1 x 4-pin ATX 12V Power connector

Yes I do have an update! A friend took a look for me and turns out the ram just wasn't clicking into place as it should've. It took a lot more force than I expected but all is working well again!
