No display on my monitor

My PC will only show display on my monitor IF it automatically boots into BIOS. If I turn it on & it doesn’t I will get no display on my monitor & it just goes to standby. It also won’t let me out of BIOS when I’m there.

I have had issues with my PC randomly turning itself off lately so I replaced the cmos battery & power supply thinking that could be the issue but to to no avail.
I also switched the motherboard

My PC seems to be running fine there’s no beeps & the fans are running normally
