Hi guys ive recently built a new pc to what you can see everything works part from gpu so got one out that i knew worked and placed it in but seems to still not push power to my keyboard and still dont have a display. I have made sure and confirmed monitor works i have tried giving the gpu sockets a clean and done same with ram as thought maybe its dirty but still not doing as it should. This is my very first build and trying to take out the gpu i broke the little thing you push down which allows you to remove the gpu not sure if this has any part to play im stuck and clueless on what the problem is any help is appreciated!

Welcome to the forum.

Firstly, we are going to need more info - like all the parts. (y)
List your CPU, mobo, RAM, drives, case, GPU, and PSU - give makes and model numbers.

The locking pin on the GPU is nice but not critical.

Dumb question to check (we have all done it) - you have the right PSU for your setup and if the GPU needs extra power, you have plugged in the cables from the PSU?

Gpu radeon rx570 gigabyte 8gb this doesn’t work the working one is asus gtx 750 2gb/dp_card
CPU amd ryzen 5 5600x
Ram corsair vengeance rgb pro ddr4 2 16gb=32gb
Psu gamemax 800w rampage power supply non modular
Samsung ssd 870 evo 250gb
Samsung ssd 980 pro with heat sink 1tb
Motherboard asus prime b450m-a
Case mid tower aero cool mid tower rgb flow
That’s everything I know let me know if missed it anything I’m pretty sure it’s the right power supply I went on a website to make sure parts are compatible and it says might need a bios update

That mobo supports up to 3rd gen AMD's, and your 5600x is a gen3, so you should be fine.
What speed is your memory?

As to the power supply, looks like you couldn't have gotten a worse one, see here; https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
All Gamemax units are listed in Tier F - Replace Immediately.

As to getting the rig to work, assuming the PSU is adequate for that, I would dismantle it all, and reassemble on a piece of cardboard.
At this stage we just want to get a signal to the screen, so NO drives, the GPU of course, not even the mouse or keyboard, one memory stick - that sort of thing.

Once we get anything to show on the screen, then we can add mouse, keyboard, etc.
