'No disk space' - Cubase issue (Windows 11, Dell XPS13)

I've been unable to record on CUBASE due to 'no disk space'. I have enough storage. I was advised to do this:

'Disable CPU throttling settings in control panel and BIOS set up'. How is this done please?

Are there any other ways in which I might be able to solve this problem?

Thanks.
