I have to go. Our landlord died over holidays and kids are selling house. We have until 28th to move and I still haven't found a place. Have an apt. to look at one in half an hour and it's a half an hour drive.

I don't know how to take a screenshot but I think I can find Device Manager.

This should be your printer/scanner C4500- check if yes
Can you go to this site https://support.hp.com/au-en/driver...smart-c4500-all-in-one-printer-series/3575173
Click on the + sign next to Diagnostic tool
Click on download and run
See if this fixes scanner

We still have to confirm
1)network is stable in the new place.
2) Get scanner to work
3) get DVD to work.
