New Win10 Gaming PC Build BSOD!!!!

To start off, I'm running:

asus rog strix z390-e gaming mobo
i9-9900k
CORSAIR Hydro Series H150i PRO
TEAMGROUP T-Force Delta RGB DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) 3200MHz
GIGABYTE - GAMING 3X 8G NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER OC Edition
EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2 80+ GOLD, 1300W

I have been having issues left and right. BSOD after BSOD, but I have narrowed it down to where I am at now. I now get BSOD with the same error (WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR) but happening at different times. Nothing specific sets it off, even though it happens more often with gaming (and no specific game at that). I have more RAM on the way to trade out the ones I have just in case I got some bad sticks. I know its a long shot but my next idea is going out and getting a new mobo. I should have stated before that I had a bent pin in the CPU socket. I thought I bent it back well enough for it to work without issue. So I think that might be my biggest factor. But also, the manual states that the best RAM setup is B1, A1, for two sticks. (layout on the board is B2, B1, A2, A1) I tried the recommended layout and I couldn't get past POST. I tried A2, A1 and same issue. Tried B2, B1 and it works great... except for the random BSOD. I attached my two latest minidumps... any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am at my wits end. Just wanted to build my first gaming PC for experience and pleasure... and now I can't even get more than a few hours before shutdown.

(WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR) issues tend to be hardware related and from the info in your OP and two crash dmps it looks to be a problem with the CPU and the memory channels, the RAM should be in B2 and A2 and for testing purposes I would suggest that you try one stick at a time in A2 and see how that goes, see the two attachments below

Something called MIGA was the process that was running at the time of both crashes btw.
