Hi Nake and welcome to PCHF :)

What kind of computer do you have? We need specs :) Also how many times does it beep?

Did you also ensure the RAM sticks were seated properly? To ensure they are, make sure you hear both tabs on each RAM slot click.

Yes I make sure it clicks in the old ones work but new ones none I have a Windows 7 pro oa hp hp compaq 8000 elite convertible minitower

RAM is more than just knowing the type (DDR3) and timing (1333mHz).

You need to a) find out the maximum size the computer will allow you to install b) the maximum size each slot will accept and c) that it is unbuffered and non-ECC.

I went through the Crucial page putting in your information and 16GB is the max. You have 4 slots and it says 2 banks of two. That probably means that 2 sticks must match. If you bought 4 sticks at different times, none of them may match.

All the compatible sticks offered show DDR3-1600-UDIMM.

Check the chart here

your memory that you are trying to use is the wrong speed. You bought PC3-10600. You should have purchased PC3-12800.
