I'm not a gamer so I am not sure, is this something that is required to run to Game? It sure is chewing memory.

Shivers-Win64-Shipping.exe
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Demonologist\Shivers\Binaries\Win64\Shivers-Win64-Shipping.exe
Memory Usage:
8.03 GB
Peak Memory Usage:
8.08 GB

Try Killing everything unneeded Prior to starting your game and see how it goes.

Do these in the order listed. Then try and launch your game.

Disable windows updates prior to gaming.
Use this tool in extreme mode.
Use Defender control to disable defender.
Use Kill Em All -- This will close all non windows programs and running processes non essential to your computer. Note: This will close your browser, so save anything if needed prior to running.

After the 4 clicks have been accomplished, launch your game now and see how it goes.

Also there is this tool, which can increase performance.

You can simply unzip all of these to a folder and call it game boost or something of the sort, and then when you want to game maximize your computers resources towards gaming with a few clicks. If you can spend hours on a game you could do this before that, every time if it works.

Also forgot to mention to disable Telemetry if you wish. O&O Shut Up
Then there is the possibility of Bitlocker slowing the performance of the machine. You can disable that as well.
If you do not use One Drive, then I'd disable that as well.

There are also tools to disable anything you do not want starting with the machine., Autoruns for windows

Scheduled task viewer. Which you may want to check out, cause it seems even after disabling Bitlocker, it leaves a oouple task running related to it which should not be running after turning off the program.

Then Gaming mode windows 11, but that was pretty much covered in the first four steps in my previous post.

There is also making sure your host file is default.
Reset your Hosts file.
  1. Click here to download RstHosts v2.0\
  2. Save the file to your desktop.
  3. Right Click and Run as Administrator.
  4. Click on Restaurer, then click OK at the prompt.
  5. This will restore the default host file.

Also a little batch file to reset your firewall to default and clean out temp files and disable hibernation. This will also set your DNS server to cloudfare/google dns.

Code:
@echo off
wmic /Namespace:\\root\default Path SystemRestore Call Enable "%SystemDrive%"
WMIC /Namespace:\\root\default Path SystemRestore Call CreateRestorePoint "BatchRestorePoint", 100, 10
powercfg -hibernate off
del /s /q C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\download\*.*
del /s /q "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache\*.*"
del /s /q "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Cache\Cache_Data\*.*"
del /s /q "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Yandex\YandexBrowser\User Data\Default\Cache\*.*"
del /s /q "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Cache\*.*"
del /s /q C:\Windows\Temp\*.*
del /s /q "%userprofile%\AppData\Local\temp\*.*"
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state On
wmic nicconfig where (IPEnabled=TRUE) call SetDNSServerSearchOrder ("1.1.1.1", "8.8.4.4")
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /registerdns
for /F "tokens=*" %1 in ('wevtutil.exe el') DO wevtutil.exe cl "%1"
shutdown /r

How long ago did you buy it- I see Windows 11 was installed yesterday, I'm going to assume it just showed up?

If it is still under warranty I would try that first, some of our methods can void your warranty if you don't know what you are doing or miss an anti-tamper sticker.
