I just bought these components and put everything together. When I go to turn it on the cpu and dram led's do not light up on the mobo. The vga light and the boot light stay on but the others do not. Now that I look back at what type of ram is compatible with a 3rd gen ryzen for this mobo, I'm pretty sure I bought the wrong ram. But wouldn't the led on the mobo light up to indicate that the cpu is working? I tried reseating the cpu and checked for bent pins or contamination, did the same thing with the ram. I've tried both sticks of ram in different slots. Also the rgb's on the ram sticks light up when the PC is powered on. I removed the case fans to see if the fans were maybe shorting something out. I get no display to the monitor. I've also tried different monitors and different HDMI cables. I did most of all this with gpu out and using the mobos HDMI port. Everything shows that it has power but there's no display or error codes. Any help would be great.
