Can you tell us how many chirps, it will tell us what the problem most likely is, 1 long and 2 short or 1 long and 3 short for example would suggest a problem with the video card.

Can you also tell us what brand the RTX 2060 is, EVGA, MSI etc and is it the 6GB or 8GB version and have you ever upgraded the powers supply on this computer.

Sorry but the question was have you ever upgraded the powers supply on this computer, just a yes or no will do.

The beep pattern suggests BIOS corruption, see info at HP thread here

would this power suppy work with the pc and the new graphics card that I got for it

700W would be plenty but not sure if it would fit in the case.

What GPU was in the computer when you got it.

Have you checked the PSU that is in the case at the moment, if not check the shape of the PSU some are oblong instead of square and double check the wattage while you are there, just in case your computer has a 500W PSU for some reason.

It would be helpful if you answered all of the questions that are asked, we are trying to help you here and by having to keep asking for the same info you are making things more difficult.

Can you also tell us what brand the RTX 2060 is, EVGA, MSI etc and is it the 6GB or 8GB version

Different brands of card have different PSU requirements as can 6GB and 8GB versions.

What GPU was in the computer when you got it.

Knowing the answer to this will give us an idea as to how good or bad the present PSU is, brand name computers use cheap generic imports to keep their costs down which unfortunately means that they cannot produce the claimed output on the label, a true 500W PSU would be more than enough for an RTX 2060 whereas a poor quality one will not be.

Does the computer still work properly if you put the original GPU back in.

Thank you for at least coming back to let us know, pity that you couldn't be bothered to share the solution or even offer a begrudged thank you to PCHF who you were so quick to ask for help from
