New Graphics Card

Dont know what version of windows you are using, but it would be prudent to remove your old video card drivers from your pc. Make sure you get the new drivers from the manufacturers website and NOT through windows if you are using Windows 10.

Also that video card you have installed is a low end card that is not suitable for gaming.
