Network problems on my cyberpower pc

Status
Not open for further replies.
I've had my cyberpower gaming PC for around 2 months. It's been working fantastic until around 2 weeks ago. The internet suddenly started being weird, and I don't completely understand it. I haven't been able to browse the web when it says I'm connected to the network and internet. From help I got earlier, apparently these pcs are netorious for their Network adapters? I almost gave a up a week ago, but then, randomly, everything was fine again. So I've been going by normally, but it's happening again. I'm able to connect perfectly well on other devices to the same router.

if the network card has known issues, why not get an add-on network card and see if that helps.
they cost about $AUD20 so for a little outlay you'd hopefully be solving the issue for good.

did anything change between it working fine, playing up then working fine again? like scans you did, new software installed, changed hardware?

Sure. Haul the computer to a shop, pay $$$ and hope someone else fixes it.

If computers were easy to fix, there would not be so many forums with people asking for free help.

One thing about going through what is asked - you learn more about your computer and will be able to do some troubleshooting on your own when the next problem arises.
