Network connection issues

*Specs of my PC are at bottom of thread*

Ever since I built PC I have had wireless connection issues. I move around a lot and am using different modem and routers but can never seem to get a strong wireless signal on my pc. It should be noted that my phone and apple laptop do not have the same issue using a wireless connection so I don't believe it has anything to do with the distance from modem/router or location of my pc. I have made sure to update all my drivers, restarted my network settings, and have done numerous tests to see what it is wrong but nothing comes up. My motherboard does not have wifi capabilities so I have plugged in a tp-link AC1300 Wireless Dual Band PCI Express Adapter (Archer T6E).

My Network profile is Private and I am not using a metered connection. Here are some of the properties of my network.
Security type: WPA2-Personal
Network Band: 5 Ghz
Link speed: 866/526

When clicking on my wifi2 status it shows
Ipv4 connectivity: Internet
IPv6 Connectivity: Internet
Speed: 585.0 Mbps

When Diagnosing it, no issues show up.

All three of my Firewall's are active and on. Chrome is my main search engine and it is allowed through the firewall. When running the "Internet Connections" troubleshooter, no problems show up.

I've had to deal with this poor connection for over two years and have spent hours trying to fix it. I ask for any suggestions and comments. Thanks in advance to anyone that tries to help.

I’d forgo two of the firewalls as thsee are fighting with each other & may be the cause of the speed problems.
Is the adapter connecting to the 5Ghe network or 2.4Ghz?
Is the adapter’s driver up to date?
Check under the wireless properties for Duplex settings & change this to Full duplex. If you can’t find it then let me know - it’s been a long time since I had to find this so my memory is a little rusty.
