So Im pretty much a scrub/noobie when it comes to building PCs, I want a new pc but rn GPU prices are over the top, so I decided to check out some pre-build PCs, this PC (that I customized) is around $1400 (some of the prices comes with the add-on of the Blackwidow X Chroma- $160, and Razer® Mamba Tournament Edition Chroma $90, without these the pc is $1150)... So I was wondering, is this $1150 PC is worth it or not?

you don't state what you need the rig for or what it's main purpose will be.
but that's a decently spec'd rig at a decent price.
it should play most of todays games at a decent FPS.
but of course the word decent is very subjective.

if it was me, I'd be swapping the listed OS HDD for a 256MB SSD and making the 2nd 1TB HDD a 2TB HDD.
but if you were thinking of getting into photo or video editing or storing a huge picture or movie library then make that a 4TB HDD.
