Ok the Windows update makes sense but to be quite honest the way that the computer is set up it is no wonder that you have had problems, three major problems that need putting right, getting rid of the AVs that you do not need, find out why your RAM is only working in single channel mode (it may not be in the correct slots) and freeing up some space on the C: drive, the AVs have the potential to do the most harm atm so we should deal with them first, going offline now so for now see the below;

Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

Having more than one AV installed on your computer is bad, it will slow down the computer, cause internet connection problems and leave you with no AV protection at all if they cancel each other out as they fight for resources.

If any AV product that you have is a paid for version you should always make sure that you have a copy of the product key kept somewhere safe just in case you ever wish to reinstall it.

Avast clean removal info here

If you stick with only Windows Defender, once any other AV has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

Alright so I installed Avast and cleaned up some stuff i deleted Totoal AV and went into my bios to see what speed my RAM was running at (it was 2133MHz, its now at 2666MHz) i also moved my ram to slots 2 and 4 it says in the link below its now working in dual channel mode but it still ony says its at 1332MHz. i know you might not be able to help my today or tomorrow just please get back to me whenever you can.

I also just ran valley again and it showed 107.2 FPS and a score of 4484 (last time was 89.9 FPS and socore 3758)
I check the user benchmark for my PC again and my RAM is now in the 94th percentile (not 4 percentile like before) so moving the stick did the trick, what els would you recommend I correct.

Dual channel means 2 Xs 1332MHz which = 2664MHz.

Your latest Speccy report shows that your CPU is running a bit hot considering that it is not under any load and you need to free up some more space on the C: drive.

Good to see the improvement in your FPS.

Ive just cleaned some more files off, one thing ive noticed and asked my friend about is that when in game the CAM overlay almost never has my gpu or cpu around 90% or 100% load even though i sometimes drop fps below 60. Do you have any idea why this is happening?
