Need Help, PC BSOD's on all games

Hello y'all, I have a pretty much brand new (less than a month old) PC that I have exhausted my troubleshooting abilities on. It crashes either to desktop, or directly to blue screen of death with literally any game at any settings no matter what I try. I have installed old, and new drivers, scanned my disks, shut down non-essential processes, and installed a clean install of windows on my PC after formatting all the drives just to name a few things. I am at a loss what I can possibly do from here, and it's starting to piss me off. Spec sheet:

Core I7-9700kf

Asus z390 A Prime Mobo

Corsair AIO CPU water-cooler

64gb Corsair ddr4 2666mhz ram

MSI Rtx 2070 super

EVGA 750 watt GA 80+gold PSU

1 tb Intel NVME boot drive

2 terrabytes (2x 1 terrabytes Samsung SSD in raid) extra storage And I have 3 extra case fans (I could only possibly fit one more)

When playing games (and the d*mn thing doesn't crash) CPU usage never stays over 80%, GPU usage will go as high as 90% sustained, temperatures on both never exceed mid 50's it's a brand new PC, so there isn't dust build up or anything. It's outputting to a Alienware 34 ultrawide (display port), and an Asus 1080p (HDMI). I have no *** d*mned clue what could be the issue anymore. I reached out the the system builder, but they have been d*mn near useless thus far. Link to imgur album of blue screens: Also: another game, this is the blue screen code:

Any help is appreciated
