I have recently come into trouble with my desktop PC, the USB 3.0, USB 2.0 and microphone slot on the top of my Cooler Master COSMOS SE case next to the power button have stopped working. I have identified the cable and disconnected it from my motherboard to not cause any further problems. I would be happy to buy a replacement part/s and fix it myself but have had great difficulty finding the part I need, I have looked on Cooler Master's website for spare parts but they don't have anything for my case as it is now discontinued. i also would like to know the name of the part I am looking for as I have yet to find it.

The images attached show to the part I am looking for and would welcome and greatly appreciate any feedback or help finding the part I need.

Kind regards, Dylan.

My computer specs:
Case: Cooler Master COSMOS SE
Mother board: SABERTOOTH z97 MARK S
CPU: Intel i7- 4790K @ 4.00 GHZ
GFX: Nvidia GTX 980
RAM: DDR3 16GB
OS: Windows 10 x64

so is it the USB3 cable you have unplugged?
what was the problem?, just not working?, error messages? shorting? (in the last shot, the top USB3 port's pins look out of shape)
and with the cable unplugged, the other ports are working fine?

looks a but dusty - did a good cleanup help? check the cables, etc?

yeah, getting the board will not be easy, in fact, as a new part it'll be nigh on impossible.
a used one from somewhere, like eBay, may be doable but a new case would also be an option.

if it's just the front USB3 ports that you have lost access to, what about a USB3 hub instead?

Your only chance to get that sub board would be to buy an identical second hand case, maybe Ebay.

If you want the USB component of the board you could always use an addin USB card and run extension cables from the card to your desk????
