Solved Need help diagnosing pc lockup problem

Alright idk where to start from but decided to get the correct motherboard for my cpu after a couple years of having it. The cpu was in a board the didn’t supply enough power that it need but the pc ran fine with the cpu and just auto adjust settings so it could. So I start having issues so I bought this mobo this is my problems lol I believe the cpu may be the culprit but idk for sure. First start up is sometime just a lit up screen depends sometimes there’s text. Press delete or f2 comes up sometimes it takes me to the bios but then sometimes it’s just froze or something which leads to multiple resets until accessing bios. I can be in the bios all day without issues never freezing or anything like that so I believe the mobo is in working condition. Well when I boot into windows at the sign in screen it will load then freeze I reset everything works perfect loads up correctly I get into windows 10 open up a couple windows or something the a complete freeze of the picture no bsod or anything. Reset same thing happens eventually and so on but if I shutdown and was to completely unplug and drain power I would have to start over from trying to boot the drive again Completely frustrating problem I’ve been having for a couple months now and no one really helped when I took to reddit for my probs. Really long read and shitty grammar but I just wanna know what my problem is if anyone has had similar Issues with this sort of matter. Will give full pc specs if needed.

If you have changed the motherboard to another make or model you will have to reinstall Windows.
Yes I did that I thought I mention that I’m not the naive about building pc’s lol I’ve reinstalled windows like 5 or 6 time’s already. Idk if this helps but my pc has a-
FX 9590 with Corsair h110i on a Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 with 2x8gb ram
Adata 120gb ssd
Seagate 1tb hdd
Seagate 2tb hdd
Gigabyte r9 380x oc
And a 1000w replace power psu
I believe it’s the cpu but idk for sure I have my doubts that it’s the motherboard being that the chances of receiving a non working mobo from a praised seller is very unlikely as is tested right before sent out so you don’t get a defective part. I just don’t know if this would be the cause off a cpu with burned up pins idk what that looks like can’t really tell on my cpu.

Any updates?
Well I bought a new FX 8350 and now it works with no problems until I tried to run speedfan with MSI afterburner corsairlink running already which slowing froze my pc after saying program not responding. Idk if that was any mobo fan settings on or if it was speedfan and Corsair link conflict I’ve not had any problems since I’ve since that incident when I first tried using speedfan. My pc is functional as of right now with no problems I just wonder if the psu was the problem or it was the cpu. I should of bought another FX 9590 that way I could really see if it was the psu but I believe the problem was definitely cpu idk how to really tell where it was burned out at on the pins it’s kinda hard for me to tell.
