No you do not have the CPU does not support this.I think I have internal graphics too, if that's what you mean. But I don't thihk it's using the wrong one since the framerate is generally good.

I was wrong initially about the internal graphics. The CPU apparently does not have integrated graphics.Yes internal graphics. While the frame rate is good if the game is using the internal graphics rather than the dedicated this can cause gameplay problems. I would open the NVidia graphics settings & manually change the game‘s settings to use the NVidia card.
Not that I am aware of. It was not enabledAre you running NTFS file compression?
I don't think I am. I checked the properties menu too, but it was not enabled. For the other question. I am not sure if windows 11 is causing these issues. I recall having problems on windows 10 as well, but it's been some time so I don't remember how it was there. Are you running NTFS file compression?
late 2020 i built the pc. It is running windows 11, have been running windows 10 as well. problems on both. Only thing is the cables are from my old pc from 2015, the rest is from 2020.How long is it since you upgraded?
Is your PC Windows 11 compatible?
If you only have nVidia then the game should be using that GPU. I would double check this under the nVidia control panel.
Its been some time, but i think i was on windows 10 and upgraded to windows 11 via settings => updatesWas Win 11 offered via Windows update or did you manually upgrade? Or did you try Windows 10 to see if the problem remained?
Well, I tested the ram to see if it was the issue, I tried with one ram at a time in an unused slot, but it didn't make the performance any better or worse. I think I've settled on trying to get a similar pc to test, in case it some thing i'm doing / or my peripherals. Then if not, I'll swap part for part with my own pc until I figure it out.@Max_No - any news?
Just copied it:Go into setting
Now select System
On the right select About
One the left look for Windows Specification
Post what is for Edition and Version
This is similar to a Windows 11 update that has been released that may be causing this issue.
Hey, I've still not gotten any closer to figuring this out. I am going to be ordering a similar spec pc to hopefully figure out what part (or potentially me) is causing the problem. The only thing holding me back is the exams, but I've scheduled to be working on this with a friend from december 16th onwards. So hopefully there will be some answers then.@Max_No - where we at with the testing?
