Need Help: Computer overheats soon after booting

Not open for further replies.
I just finished building my PC and got it to boot and install windows (although it kept turning off during this install as well) and it has been constantly giving me boot issues.
Basically, what happens is if I start it after 24hrs of no use - it stays on for a good 15-25mins. I can see that the motherboard heat is increasing each couple of minutes until it hits 94 degrees and then it just shuts itself off entirely. After this, it just turns off on its own and when I go to boot it back up it tries, then it tries harder and boosts the fans and then it turns off.

I just reapplied the thermal paste to see if the processor was maybe too hot but that doesn't seem to be the case.

I'm also not doing anything while the computer is on, I am just leaving it idle.

I have also run Open Hardware Monitor on it and I can see the processor is overheating all over the place after a few minutes.

Looking for any help on this!!

Would also recommend installing the standard cooler in place of the one fitted now, and also make sure the bios is set to default, that is no odd fan profiles. Suggest fixing the overheating issue first and then look at the boot issue later.
