My english is my second language so sorry if its not grammatically correct.
so first off here are the specs im working with. (and sorry if i say something about the specs or names i am not a tech ***)

MB: NZXT N7 B550
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600G
CPU Cooler: Lian Li GALAHAD AIO 240 RGB v2
GPU: RTX 3070 Twin edge OC 8gb
PSU: Cooler master V series V750 gold (750w)
RAM: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO DDR4-3200 C16 WH DC - 16GB
SSD: Samsung 980 PRO SSD MZ-V8P1T0BW 1TB M.2 (the OS is on this SSD)
(and some fans including corsair and lian- li fans)
(i have looked for burned or broken components on all hardware)

so the problem is that the computer "works fine" in way that yes you can play games and do what you normally do BUT but first when i started overwatch every 5-10 second the mouse would freeze for a second and the microphone (hyperx quadcaster S) would turn off and back on again and sometimes not turn on at all. and at some point it also turned off the keyboard. but he weird ting is the problem changes to other games? now out of a sudden the stuttering was less bad in overwatch but now does it in Rainbow six siege which it has never done? and sometimes it even does it on the desktop.
and some time ago the pc also made the mic sound like a chipmunk (no the pc never had any voicechanger installed) and it made a very VERY loud earrape sound in the headset when for example playing overwatch.

here is a list of what i can remember ive done:

yes ive restarted the pc and tried turning it off

rebooted the pc and installed a fresh windows

have the OS installed on 2 different storage devices the SSD i mentions above and before that a HDD.

set the power option the high performance.

told every USB port to not save power.

switched the GPU (the problem was still there)

updated everything OS, GPU, BIOS, CPU and USB's

tried the "sfc /scannow" in cmd

set the ram to XMP so it wasnt running the standard 2100

tried switching around the devices in the USB Ports from USB 2.0 to 3.0 and the other way around

Updated from windows 10 to 11 (i know this maybe was weird but hey i tried what i could)

moving games to other drivse to check if it was the problem

reinstaling different programs (mic, keyboard, mouse and headset)

went the the motherboard website and installed all the software and drivers so it was up to date

thats about all i can remember right now maybe i have left something out i dont know but i would be happy for any help at all.
