I'll try to make it short

When I don't plug the USB boot media, it acts normal and asks me to Insert one ( because it can't find Windows, corrupted I assume ). However when I plug the USB boot media, it boots, and for around 3-4 seconds I do see the Microsoft logo, and then it goes black, and the computer resets... It will do that forever, rebooting itself again, and then trying to load the USB boot media, Microsoft logo for 3-4 seconds, shutdown, reboot, etc...

Here a few things I checked already

- The BIOS has the good priority, USB is first, and it does try to load it when the USB boot media is plugged

- The BIOS DOES detect my HD, and also the USB boot device

- Thinking my SSD HD would be bad, I literally bought another one and also another cable to plug in the MOBO / no changes actually

- I made another USB boot media, and it does work in my other PCs, just not the one I'm trying to fix

Here's a video showing the loading and what it does, if it helps :

When I insert USB media & boot it usually asks which device I’d like to boot from. To me your video still looks like it’s trying to boot into Windows.
On startup as soon as you see the manufacturer’s logo spam click the key which corresponds with the temporary boot order change, this is usually F8 but can be F12, F7 or esc.
What’s the make & model of PC?

I see what you mean, but it is indeed the USB media, if I remove the USB media it simply asks me to enter a boot media device and waits for me to do it and press any key !

I tried forcing the boot also from the BIOS ( DEL to access it at the start ), but it does the same thing !

The PC has been sold bu Canada computers, no particular brand from what I see

Would updating the BIOS have any impact ?

It may be the hard drive is failing/failed.
Usually the key is either F8, F7, F12 or Esc, there should be a manufacturer’s logo or the BIOS manufacturer’s logo on boot, when you see this you spam click the boot key (one of the above) to boot from the USB.

Updating the BIOS if done incorrectly can have a detrimental effect.
