Hi @Kolapro and welcome to PCHF :)

Please download MiniToolBox and save it to your desktop. Run the program by right clicking on it and selecting Run as administrator. When the program opens select the following boxes:

List Winsock Entries
List last 10 Event Viewer Errors
List Installed Programs
List Devices (Only Problems)
List Users, Partitions and Memory size

Please post the log in your next reply :)

Yes I did.

  • Click on the Start button and in the search box, type Command Prompt
  • When you see Command Prompt on the list, right-click on it and select Run as administrator
  • When command prompt opens, copy and paste the following command into it, press Enter.

    Code:
    sfc /scannow
  • Wait for this to finish before you continue
  • Copy and paste the following command, press Enter.

    Code:
    findstr /c:"[SR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log > %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt
That will create sfc.txt on your Desktop. Please attach sfc.txt to your next post:
  • Open Reply window. Click 'More Reply Options'.
  • Go to the end of your text (if any).
  • Click 'Choose Files..'
  • For 'File name' paste this: %userprofile%\Desktop\sfc.txt
  • Click the 'Add to Post' link which will appear on the right when the file has been uploaded.
  • Click 'Add Reply'.

Sorry @Kolapro. Been at work a lot lately. :( Haven't forgotten about you.

You posted a photo of Speccy. I need a full log from it.

Please go HERE and download the portable version of Speccy. Save it to somewhere you can find, locate the file and as it comes as a Zip file use your favorite unzip application to decompress it. Open the newly created folder and double left click Speccy.exe if you have a 32 bit system or Speccy64.exe if yours is 64bit. If you are not sure what your system is click HERE.

Speccy will open and after a short wait will display a summary of your system specs.
  • Click on the file menu.
  • Then click Publish snapshot.

A dialogue box will ask you to confirm, select yes.

Another dialogue box will open
  • Click Copy to Clipboard.
  • Then click Close.

Now that your link has been copied please paste it into your next post. It should look something like the example below :)

http://speccy.piriform.com/results/6waAHapcLrZIVPakgxXXXXXXX

BTW: once you have finished with speccy and no longer want it removing it is easy because it is a portable app with no install. Simply delete the downloaded file and folder you created when you decompressed it. Gone:thumbsup:

OK I went through your speccy log.

Everything looks OK, although your RAM is slow. Can you board support 1600MHz of DDR3 memory? Also, is your FX chip overclocked?

Well I have a dual channel I have read that when you use dual channel it looks like the speed is halved.I already tried to use single channel where the speed is 1866 but it still freezes. No my fx chip is not overclocked

Not interrupt I have a question(s) what is the power supply
Make
Model
Watts
Age
My pc is only 1 year old and here are my specs
Some use older if they have it laying around is why I ask.

Have you ran scans to test the hard drive?

Re-seated the hardware in the system?

Hello my power supply is seasonic gold 850 W and it's age of use is around 1 year I have a warranty of 10 years on it.I didn't run scans to test the hard drive but it is also around 1 year old.I never re-seated the hardware in the system since I built everything from scratch a year ago.

Hey @Kolapro. No I haven't forgotten about you, just been working my job an awful lot. :(

It's past the 7th. If you're still interested in resolving your freezing I can definitely work with you to get it fixed.

Sometimes work gets in the way of my time here at PCHF, but I never forget my members. I don't ever ignore them either. If for some reason you feel ignored, please send me a PM so I get alerted immediately.

Let's try using a more thorough apporach for testing the hard drive.

Go ahead and download SeaTools for Windows.

Install it and run it. You'll be greeted with a drive list. Go ahead and select the drive and go to Basic Tests > Short Drive Self Test. If it passes, move on to Short Generic. If that passes, run Long Generic. Note that Long Generic will take an hour or so, so run it overnight.
