No more double posts or I'm out of here :(

The manual for your MB is complete garbage and does not explain anything about anything other than updating the BIOS and that is the last thing that you need.

You will just have to look around at the different options until you fine XMP which may be under something like the Advanced tab options.

The above now useless information which is why we get real hacked off when people multi post :mad:

For XMP to work there must be two sticks if RAM in the board and both of your sticks of RAM are from the same batch so they are 100% compatible.

From memory that sounds like you are talking about Profile 1 and not one stick of RAM.

The steps should be;

Navigate to OC Tweaker and scroll down to the DRAM Timing Configuration. Adjust the ‘Load XMP Setting’ option to Profile 1.

The DRAM settings should all then say Auto.

Save the settings, exit the BIOS then restart the PC to allow XMP to activte.

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced,

Have you done this, it doesn`t matter if you are a gamer, a video editor or a graphic designer you don`t use anything other than Balanced on a desktop and for the very reasons that you were advised;

Ultra and High Performance are a form of overclocking that is known to cause stability and overheating issues, the setting should only be used for gaming type notebooks that have a discrete GPU that needs the extra power.

Fwiw, I don`t just make this stuff up.
