Solved My pc isn't performing properly

Hi,

I have an Inspiron 5680 from 2019
I've since upgraded my RAM, GPU and storage. My build is as follows:

OS: Windows 11 Home
Motherboard: Dell 0PXWHK
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700 3.20ghz
GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2060 Ventus XS 6gb
RAM: 2x8gb
126gb SSD
2x 1tb hard drives

I used to be able to play games like Apex Legends and Fortnite on High Settings with over 100 FPS with no issues.
These days I can still run the games at a high FPS, but it takes FOREVER for the textures to load. It'll sometimes take two minutes or more to load into a match of Fornite just to see that the textures still need to load, so I'm lagging for another few minutes until the textures finish loading (by this time I'm usually already dead).
My following match, however loads a bit more quickly and the textures take significantly less time to load.

I try to routinely clean my PC to keep dust and debris from building up.
I installed NZXT Cam to monitor my hardware while I'm running games, but nothing looks out of the ordinary. The temperatures are in safe ranges, as are the Load percentages.
I'm about out of ideas at this point beyond taking it to a repair shop. Any advice would be immensely appreciated!
