My PC is not detecting my headphones

Two days ago I plugged in my headphones and my pc didn't seem to be detecting them. I did some research and tried to update my audio drivers but it says that everything is up to date. The audio drivers that I currently see are 'AMD High Definition Audio Device', 'AMD Streaming Audio Device' and 'HD Webcam C270'. I downloaded Realtek High Definition Audio Driver but I only see it in my programs and not in my device manager. I believe that before this happened that the name of headphones on the pc was Realtek something.

Is anything showing under ‘Other’ Under device manager?
Ensure the headphones work on another device & that the jack is full inserted into the port.
Check too that the volume isn’t muted or very low.
What is the full make & model or the PC & the headphones?
Sorry for the late reply, I checked the hardware aspect and the headphones work. The devices that it shows me are only the two monitors that I have connected to the pc. Whenever I go to troubleshoot it give me only the option to troubleshoot either one of the monitors (btw the monitors don't give out any sound).
