Hi,

I seriously need help.
My pc makes a strange lake lasting a few seconds accompanied by an audio that buzzes (in the video u can't hear it bc i recorded it with my phone for send it at a technichian. He can't help me, anyway, the audio buzzes likes the sounds is on lag too), it does it only once or twice a day, both in game and not.
The temperatures are ok: the processor does not exceed 60 ° in load, and the gpu does not go beyond 75/80 ° in the heaviest games.
I tested the ram with memtest86 and everything went perfectly.
I did all the OCCT tests and none of them had a problem. The voltages also all seem ok.
The discs all have 99% + health on crystaldiskinfo.
The benchmarks and 3dmark stress test are clean.
I have even formatted and put back old video drivers.
This situation is really driving me crazy.

Spotted one thing amiss in your specs but the video is of little to no use I`m afraid.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Only a couple of things of note in Speccy;
RAM
16,0GB Dual-Channel Unknown @ 1799MHz

That is the wrong RAM for your CPU, AMD state here up to 3200MHz and if you have XMP or DOCP enabled the RAM will get auto OCd past what the CPU can handle and the PC fall over.

Go into the BIOS, disable XMP and then manually set the RAM to run at 3200MHz and the voltage to 1.35V.

Operating System
Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
Computer type: Desktop
Installation Date: 08/06/2022 01:27:41

There are no Windows 11 system drivers shown to have been installed since Windows 11 was, Razer drivers were installed and they can cause problems on their own even on a fully up to date computer.

Once Windows has been clean installed you must then install first the MBs chipset drivers, then the storage/SATA drivers and third the graphics drivers, the drivers can either come from a disk provided by the motherboard manufacturer or downloaded from their site and saved to a flash drive etc, this is a must and Windows should not be allowed to check for updates before it has been done as more often than not Windows installs the wrong drivers or in the incorrect order and this can cause all sorts of problems.

Power Profile
Active power scheme: AMD Ryzen Balanced

Change the Windows Power Plan to Balanced and not Ryzen Balanced.

Power Profile
Hibernation: Enabled

Hibernation is a useless setting that is known to cause issue, disable it.

You are welcome btw :)

Not a gamer myself so not much help when it comes to FPS but over the years through helping people I have found that when it comes to online gaming there are two things that hinder gaming, a poor internet connection and browser security plug ins, sort them and you are usually good to go.

Something for you to do to see how your present set up handles video when not online gaming;

Use the free versions at the following links;

Stress test your GPU with Furmark

Check your FPS etc with SUPERPOSITION
